When I open a post or page, I see in the Yoast SEO module the tab titles (SEO, Readability, Schema, Social) but the fields are gone. I cannot fill in anything. I use Divi and tried the safe modus, I tried switching off and on all plugins. I de-installed the Yoast plugin and installed it again and nothing works. We even migrated the website to another server (for other reasons) hoping this would help, but the problem persists. Much appreciated if anyone knows how to solve this.

    Hello @digitalezaken

I am sorry that you are experiencing a blank meta box. Please ensure you run Yoast SEO 20.9, WordPress 6.2.2 and Divi 4.21.0. Also, ensure that all other non-Yoast plugins and your theme are updated.

Hi, I have also experienced the same issue after update to the latest version 20.9 but on 20.8 it works fine.

Many people have this issue. I was one of the first to report it like a week ago and it has not yet been fixed. Seems Yoast doesn’t take it seriously and now it turns out loads and loads of users have this problem. They messed up.

@danniee001 & @jyotideshmukh Have you performed a conflict check using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin? This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

Nah, I’ve done so many checks and rolled back countless times. I can’t be bothered anymore. I have too much workload as it stands. I will stick to 20.8 and if I can’t update anymore going forward, I’ll just get rid of Yoast. Loads of people having issues though, so I suggest you guys do the work instead of us?

After updating Divi from 4.20.0 to 4.21.0 it worked again! Or was it solved alltogether by Yoast? Anyway, thanks Maybellyne. And for others facing these problems: I hope you can find a solution for your situation too.

Sorry guys. Yoast only works with the Divi theme now? I am facing the exact same issue. Too many people are reporting this. It has to be a problem with Yoast 20.9. My sites use the Enfold theme. Some with the Classic Editor and some with the Block Editor. The same thing happens on all of them. Hosted on different providers as well. Cleared server, browser caches and tried incognito on Safari and Chrome.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Just want to say I am having same issue as well. My tabs still dissappeared on version 20.9 but on 20.8 it works fine. I have rolled back but it’s concerning that it seems to me Yoast not taking this issue seriously while there are so many people affected.
