I deactivated cache plugins ( WP Fastest Cache, Webcraftic Clearfy – WordPress optimization plugin ) but it doesn`t help.

The error $ is not a function in the first screenshot may be causing these issues.

Try deactivating all plugin except CF7 and check if the issue still persists.

Thanks for your help and advices. I think I found the problem.

This is a problem with “Popup Message for Contact Form 7 plugin” ( https://joxi.ru/GrqGZKockJ5XB2 ). It is very strange, I can not find this plugin in Wordpess plugin directory now.

I deactivated this plugin, and problem I wrote about above disappeared.

I also had problems with Elementor plugin. The “Edit in Elementor” button has disappeared. When I deactivated this plugin, the button reappeared. ( https://joxi.ru/D2PdJEWtk45DR2 )

I also could not click on links in the Elementor menu. I disabled the plugin and links works well now. ( https://joxi.ru/DrlB6lnt0kgWQ2 )
