    We randomly loose all our tab data when updatting a woo product, the record is in teh database, but the meta_value is just:

    a:():{}

    This has happened about 10 times now, is a real pain.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @ironfly,

    I’ve never seen this happen before.

    Are you using any other WooCommerce-related plugins? How are you updating the products? Have you noticed any patterns relating to when your losing the tabs (e.g. any specific thing you’re updating, or any process you’re doing differently).

    Let me know & apologies for the issue.

    All the best,
    Kevin.

    Still happening, we only have 6 products. Happens after an update to the product, does not even require us to update the tab info, just adding some new images causes the tabs to dis associate.

    Hi @ironfly,

    Are you using a bulk editor or another way of editing the products? Are you using any other WooCommerce-related plugins?

    Let me know.

    Thanks,
    Kevin.

    This was happening to me as well. I found that I had to click the “Save Tabs” button before I updated the product to keep the tabs.
