    Hi,

I think a recent update did this. I updated a lot of plugins and now all my custom tabs on the front end and back end are gone.

I started to add them back from a staging site but I have so many and this is multilingual so that will take me a very long time. I’ve seen this topic in a few other support threads, is there a fix for this?

    Thanks,

    Tim

Is there a way to export tab content from a Staging site into my live site?

    Hi @yoyoma1974

Do you still see our Custom tab editor on the product edit screen?

    Hi @yoyoma1974

I see the “Directions” tab on that product. Is that one you re-added or is it one of the ones that disappeared?

    Thank you.

This was my bad, I think some updates somehow deactivated your plugin, so I deleted it not remembering I needed it. Thus deleting all the content when I realized and re-added. Thankfully I had a backup so rolled back. I’m all good now.

But the plugin deactivation shouldn’t happen right?

    Hi @yoyoma1974

I’m glad you were able to roll back and get all the content!

Our plugin shouldn’t get deactivated, but it is dependant on WooCommerce being present, so maybe something happened when that plugin was updating.

    Stay well!
