Tabs – Custom CSS does not work (example code below)

I used firefox inspector and could manually modify the CSS via the debugger.
Adding to the custom CSS panel the following does not work though:
.wpui-green .ui-tabs { font-size : 14px !important; }What is the proper way to add?
