Tabs are useless in Settings

Why did you update the way the tabs work? Before when you clicked on a tab the relevant fields and boxes were shown. Now when you click on a tab is jumps all the way down the page to that section. Do you know that you have to scroll all through all those sections again to get back to the tabs instead of just click the relevant one. This is a horrible UX design and makes the tabs useless (because they are not fixed). I suggest putting it back the way it was because this is huge bug. Developers don’t have to try and tweak every part of an app/plugin to make it beneficial. Nothing was wrong with the way it worked before.
