    You have over 30 stylesheets loading which is more than I would every consider including on a page but unfortunately far from abnormal for a theme from themeforest like yours.

    Rather than going through all of these css files to find the rules which might be trumping the ones in the plugin, follow the instruction in the plugin’s faq to unhook the plugin’s stylesheet from loading and add the edited version in the pastebin (linked below) to a child theme or custom CSS panel:

    This is a modified version of the standard tabby stylesheet with increased specificity by prepending the rules with the responsive-tabs-wrapper class. Also the responsive breakpoint of the media queries has been increased so will enable the accordion display at a wider viewpoint than originally.

    This is a starting point and you should be able to work out what each rule does and experiment with the values.

    Looks like you have put the new css rules in & the tabs are working as expected.
