Tables in posts

Hi,

I need to create a table in my posts for league results. I found a plug-in called wp-tables but it doesn’t support versions above 2.5 and the developer has ceased working on it.

Are there any other plug-ins or suitable alternatives available? So far I’ve drawn a blank. All searches I’ve tried keep pointing back to wp-tables, which is no good to me ??
