Tables Do Not Show for e-Mail Subscribers

One of my journalism student interns found TablePress and asked me to install it. I did so. Great plug-in! Much nicer than trying to teach such students how to code a table in HTML. The results look great. See the first post using the plugin here:

Unfortunately, what an e-mail RSS subscriber to the blog sees looks like this:
“…and the Mesilla Valley to the west are excluded from the table.

Obviously, it is not going to be possible to deliver the full interactivity to e-mail subscribers. However, would it be possible to at least insert a default version of the table (probably all rows would be best) into the e-mail versions that get distributed?
