Tables and a way to edit the Footer

Hi guys I’m looking for two things… the first thing is, some kind of way to have a visual Tables editor, for posts, pages and such… does anyone know something like that?
Other then that, I’m looking for a way my client could edit his site Footer without touching the HTML or any other code, editing text, links, etc.. so if anyone know a way, that would be helpful…
