    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Can you please try again after setting the WP_DEBUG constant to true in the wp-config.php file on your server? That should show us some error information.

    It was a memory limit problem but I do not understand why it was coming only after logging out

    problem resolved by increasing memory limit both in wp-config and php.ini

    Hi,

    very nice! Good to hear that this helped finding the cause! Yeah, memory issues can sometimes be weird. I’m not sure why it’s triggered here, but raising the limit is a good way around this.
