Tablepress Horizontal Scroll Responsiveness

    Hi there, I have the Tablepress responsive extension added but I can’t get side scroll to work on this page. Here is what I’ve added for the table id in the WP admin.

    [table id=warzoneprosettings responsive=scroll /]

    I also tried a few combinations within the table admin itself to check and uncheck horizontal scrolling along with the above shortcode with and without the responsive=scroll addition.

    In case it matters, I have the following CSS added in the Plugin Options tab within Tablepress.

    .tablepress-id-warzoneprosettings thead th {
	vertical-align: top;
	font-size: 14px;
}

.tablepress-id-warzoneprosettings {
	font-size: 14px !important;
}

    Note, I added the above CSS via trial and error. I know very little about CSS but was able to figure the above out to adjust some header alignments and reduce the font size. Please let me know as well if that CSS is incorrect and/or causing any related issues noted on this thread.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Your CSS here is correct. Your theme is setting some unlucky defaults for tables though. Please add this to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress:

    .tablepress {
  table-layout: auto !important;
}
