    Hello Tobias.

    My name is Kate.

I am in the initial stage of using the plugin tablepress and I can say so far so good.
    However I have a suggestion.

Instead of users adding CSS manually, consider adding an interface where someone can auto select preset themes (styles) and/or customize from.

If it can work, you can take it a step further by coming up with a page where public can post and download configured presets that are arranged by various categories.

As user flock on the said page to download there favourite presets, some cash can be generated (through adverts) then be used to maintain and better this great plugin as well as come up with other plugins.

    Yours.

    Kate.

    Hi Kate,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I have indeed thought about something like that, but never really managed to get something up and running, mainly because I’m not really creative ??

There are however some styling examples at https://tablepress.org/faq/

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi.

    Thanks for your quick response.

However, I would like to believe that you are not creative.

Anyway, how do I forward you an image of a search filter design that I am imagining.

    Hi,

the best way would be to upload it to a free image hoster, like https://imgur.com/ and then post the link here.

    Regards,

    Hi,

    great! Thanks!

    Best wishes,

This tread is useful to me. How may I reduce the space between cells – currently the right cell is too far to the right that it just touches or introduces the page column to its right. Reducing the space between column one and two would be a solution.

    Kind regards,

Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

Sorry for the delay, did not see the notification. I am no longer working on this particular site, however I will post an example in the future.
