Love Tablepress and just updated to 1.4 earlier today, but think the latest version has introduced a curious bug and/or conflict.

After updating Tablepress I installed and activated RapidMailer 1.2.3 but couldn’t find its tab on the Dashboard’s left pane. Went to RapidMailer site and was given the usual advice to turn off every other plugin one at a time to see if there were any conflicts. When I deactivated Tablepress the RapidMailer 1.2.3 tab and all its functions were restored, and when I reactivated Tablepress they disappeared.

Not sure what next steps are at this point.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I don’t think that TablePress causes this directly. More likely, there’s something going on in the positioning of the two plugins in the admin menu.
My suggestion here is to try to move TablePress to a different spot. For that, simply go to the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress and try a different admin menu position (in the top-level).

    Regards,
    Tobias
