    Hello

    I’ve installed the osTicket – bridge and in addition to that I’ve a running osTicket installation (1.9.11). Wenn I change in osTicket (offline / online) I can’t see the current status in key4cd – bridge.

    Is there a way to check if the settings in the plugin are correct ?

    In the config – file I have

    define(‘TABLE_PREFIX’,”);

    What I have to set in the bridge settings for Database Prefix ?
