Table 'username_wp.wp_ha_custom_event' doesn't exist

My error log has blown up with the same issue

I had to manually add the table myself.
The code below did not seem to execute.

There’s a stray comma in the SQL statement causing the table not to be created. Sorry. This has been fixed now. Please try the latest version.
