Table saves, but when I navigate away from the table editing page, I can’t find it again to edit it. It still is available via shortcode at [supsystic-price-table id=9] or [supsystic-price-table id=10] but I’m unable to find it anywhere in the dashboard/admin plugin. I’ve recreated it 3 times and still the same issue. I enabled WP debug and no errors and no errors in the error log. How do I resolve this?

  • We’ve run into the same issue, we can see all of our pricing tables on the front-end, however, when we go to the WordPress Dashboard > Pricing Table by Supsystic > Show All Tables, none of the tables are displayed so we are unable to edit them. I opened a support ticket and will definitely share a fix if/when found.

@ktech I ended up figuring out how to edit mine. Go to your site and append the URL to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=tables-supsystic&tab=tables_edit&id=10 and the last digits are the table number. If you don’t know them start with 1 and go up from there. Mine were 9, 10, 11, etc. You can then bookmark this link as a work around until there is a fix.

Thank you @ponderconsulting! Using that workaround allows me to see the table in the admin dashboard, but I’m unable to edit the table data. I will post any other findings I have after hearing back from support. Thanks!

My pleasure @ktech. That’s weird, I can edit mine and click save and it saves just fine.

On the Overview tab/page of the plugin, it shows your “Server Settings” – see anything off or wrong?

Hi @ponderconsulting, some good news to share. I exchanged emails with support and it turns out the underlying WordPress parent theme for our website was throwing an Uncaught TypeError that prevented the tables from being displayed under WordPress Dashboard > Pricing Table by Supsystic > Show All Tables. We were able to view the error using the Chrome Inspect tool and clicking on Console. We updated the parent theme to the most recent version and the issue was immediately resolved. We can now view and edit all of the tables. Just wanted to pass this along and thanks again for your help!

Thank you, @ktech! I am still experiencing an issue. How do I get support now @trsupsys?
