Table rate shipping – setting to max weight!

Could you please post a screenshot of your table rate settings, and also check that your products have the correct weights set up?

Yes screen grabs attached of shipping weights and a product – which is set to 1kg – but shipping is coming up at top rate.

Hi Andie,

Your settings look fine (except I would just point out that there is no rate for orders 1.01 – 1.09kg).

WooCommerce caches shipping rates, which is sometimes the cause of such issues. This can be temporarily disabled by enabling the shipping debug setting on the WooCommerce > System Status > Tools page.

If this does not resolve your issue, then it would require getting premium support with the Plus version. We could than investigate the issue by having a closer look at your WordPress installation.

Tried what you suggested above – but still not working for some reason – I have now purchased the Plus version for support. Please let me know what you need from me to get this issue resolved.
