Table Rate Shipping Plugin Compatibility

Just checking the following:
1) Does this plugin work with Woothemes Table Rate Shipping Plugin (i.e. will shipping prices also convert?)
2) Can the currency converter be disabled and product prices entered manually for the different currencies?
3) Is it compatible with the new major Woocommerce release (2.6.3)?
