Does the plug-in support Table Rate Shipping from Woocommerce?

I tried to use the indicated fields, but the costs came out zero:

    g:shipping to Shipping.

The generated feed show (in part) this. And that has the shipping rate set to zero

    verzending

verzending land verzending service verzending prijs

    NL Nederland PostNL-NL NL €?0,00

    BE Belgi? PostNL-BE BE €?0,00

I changed from xml to csv. And used a tab as separator.

    now Google merchants sees:

    shipping

    NL:Nederland PostNL-NL NL:EUR 5,99||BE:Belgi? PostNL-BE BE:EUR 1,04

    and complains about:

    Ongeldige indeling voor subkenmerken [verzending]

    Shopping-advertenties (NL, BE)

    Gratis vermeldingen (NL, BE)

    Alvast bedankt

Yes. Dutch is fine for me, but since this is the English forum, let’s keep it in English.
Yes, the indicated link is the plugin brand and type we use.

Below links to some screenshots of our config of Table Rate. Please let me know when you have copied them. The TBR -2 files i will delete right after you notified me you got them.

    Hi,

Thanks for sharing these (we copied them). We have replicated them at our test website and for us the shipping costs only show as EUR 0 when none of the rules set is matching with the price or weight conditions. In all others the costs are set correctly.

Are you sure that the ones that show EUR 0 for you are meeting one of the table rules set and the products have the proper shipping class set?

    Thanks for testing.

I think my first post was a wrong example.

My second post shows that indeed postal costs are available in the csv and also xml file, but that Google merchant doesn’t handle it correctly.

Did you also tried to reproduce it by importing the file in Google merchant?

So we have different shipping costs for BE and NL customers

Can you share the XML feed URL with us so we can have a look at how the XML shipping nodes look in your feed?

    Thread Starter rruyter

    (@rruyter)

I have made the file available in dropbox.
    productfeed.xml

There are now costs in the file, but the values are not as expected.

    Hi,

When looking at the first product in your feed, this one:https://www.dezilverwinkel.nl/toetssteen-60-x-40-x-6-mm-in-houten-doosje/?utm_source=Google%20Shopping&utm_campaign=Google%20Shopping%20NL&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=355943

It has a NL shipping costs price of EUR 5,99 in the feed. When however I fill in a Dutch address on your website it calculates a NL shipping cost of EUR 4,95. I am a bit lost where this 4,95 is coming from. Can you explain based on what rules this EUR 4,95 is calculated?

    Thread Starter rruyter

    (@rruyter)

I tried to pin point that as well, but wasn’t succesful.

It’s not a Tax thing, not a weight or package type thing and also interesting is that the shipping costs for BE are lower than configured.

Is there a requirement for what version of Table Rate Shipping we must use?

    supportadtribes

    (@supportadtribes)

I don’t think this is related to the version of the table rate plugin.

Are you perhaps using another 3th party shipping plugin? I noticed that in your cart the shipping costs are shown based on the address a customer fills in. That looks like a functionality from another shipping plugin?

    Thread Starter rruyter

    (@rruyter)

Not to calculate shipping costs. And on the website page the correct value is shown and is also taken correctly from the TBR plugin settings.

I do use lot of plugins, for billing, shipping itself, seo, etc.

    supportadtribes

    (@supportadtribes)

What TBR rule is responsible for the EUR 4,95 shipping cost? We might have copied yours wrong than as we have no such figure in our TBR rules.

    Thread Starter rruyter

    (@rruyter)

I have circled the rules that may apply.

So first rule applies for a weight range
Second rule is about it beng a light package
Third rule is about price or expensiveness
    Shipping for 4,95

    (@supportadtribes)

To what attribute did you map Google’s g:shipping_weight field?

I am asking because in your feed you have a value like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6reaasqq7m5v3xf/Screenshot%202023-03-08%20at%2015.34.48.png?dl=0

Whereas when I try to fill in 200.00 in the normal weight field on the product edit page I am getting this error: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ksc14l07rxh4yj5/Screenshot%202023-03-08%20at%2015.36.44.png?dl=0

This is relevant as you have created your TBL rules based on the default WooCommerce weight field. So I guess you are getting this weight information from another field?

    Thread Starter rruyter

    (@rruyter)

I have mapped that to Shipping.

I checked product ‘Slagcijfers 6 mm’ and it has the weight in woocommerce defined as 200,00, while it is set indeed as 200.00 in the xml

    Shipping field

BTW: I use weight as a backup solution and use the shipping logic in merchant. But merchant doesnt support the conditions that TBR supports, so several shipping prices are wrongly given.
