Table Rate Priority

Hi Great Plugin and seems to be working well my question is:

Is there anyway to set the priority of the Table Rates?

I’m using ‘weight’ and ‘total’ rules. I need the ‘weight’ rule to take priority over the ‘total’ rules except in one instance which would take priority over all. This last rate is for free shipping so I may be able to use the WooCommerce built in Free Shipping for this, if there was a way to assign the ‘weight’ rules priority over the ‘total’ rules.

Ideally a priority setting or if priority was in the order the rules are entered would be great.

Any help greatly appreciated.
