    I just checked on my installation, and that label can be correctly translated using .po files (or any plugin that makes use of them)

    If you cannot translate it, maybe your theme overrides default wishlist table tempalte, and uses old text domain for the strings
    Please, check if your theme folder contains wishlist.php or wishlist-view.php files, under main directory or in /woocommerce subpath
