Did you enter the good Magento table prefix?
You can find it in the Magento file app/etc/local.xml

Please check the URL field in the plugin settings. It must be set as the home page of the Magento site.

I already set it to the homepage as seen on the screenshot but it doesn’t migrate images.

Or are you referring to another settings?

You should remove this protection during the import to be able to import the images.

I was able to migrate some of the images but not all. Can you please help?

If some images are migrated but not all, it may come from a long response delay from your Magento server. You should increase the timeout field.

I have seen on your settings that the timeout value is already high. I think 20 or 30 seconds is largely enough.
In your settings, you should NOT select “Import external media” and “Force media import”.

Do I need to remove all the contents first?
