Table of Contents to include named anchors or sub-headings

    I would like to make a Table of Contents that includes the h3 subheads within Posts and Pages. Or it could be done with named anchors.

    TOC
    Post Category A
    anchor1
    anchor2
    Post Category B
    Post Category C
    anchor1
    anchor2
    anchor3
    …etc…

    How can I do this? Thanks!
