Table of contents-style FAQ display

  • Hello,

    Is there a way to make the plugin display a FAQ group like this:

    https://medical.mit.edu/faqs/medical-record

    … where all the questions are displayed at the top in a table-of-contents format, with jump links down to the answers?

    Optionally, having “Back to the top” links after every answer that goes back to the TOC would be great!
