Table of Contents Plus and Newspaper theme X

i am using the Newspaper theme for WordPress – version Ten of the theme – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/From version ten onwards, as described in the link, the “Standard Pack” can be deactivated to use the “Cloud Templates”
There is a problem for the article pages to the site, using the TOC + plugin: the table of content is not displayed well and it appears inexplicably twice.

Why? Is it possible to solve this problem?
