Table of contents not working

We just downloaded and installed the plugin on the website, but the table of contents isn’t working on the articles. We’ve been through the whole configuration page, and it looks like everything is set up correctly.
Could you help us find the issue?

I attached a video to show you the settings, and the theme we use is a custom template called Trainfes.
