    Team
check the page, there is a conflict with other plugins. Table of content is not working.

everytime, when i delete all cache, it works, after sometime, it again stops working.

What is the issue, fallback cache created or any other issue.

we are creating table of contents with ultimategutenberg plugin which works fine always. We use this plugin on other sites where Wp cloudflare supercache is not installed, no issues there.

In this new site, We are NOT using any performance plugin except for your super cache.

    please help.

Maybe the way that plugin implements TOC is not coachable.
I have used multiple TOC plugins along with Yoast TOC Gutenberg block, had absolutely no issues.

    Hi @visheshguptha0,
I did not understand what you mean in your reply.
But I have just tested the URL you have shared and as I can see both this plugin caching and your table of contents are working perfectly fine. Absolutely no issues: https://i.imgur.com/gsiPTUe.png

I have tested multiple times and did not see any issues at all.

This is happening only when I have disabled the FALLBACK cache of your plugin.

Plus, the settings of purge all cache after a change in any page is enabled.

However, I hope, these are not the best settings as Now, the plugin is purging entire cache after every new post is published PLUS there no no fallback cache.

Why did you disabled the fallback cache? Do you have any other caching system in your site? If so, I will suggest you diable that and keep the fallback cache on and then see if you still see the issue.

But again when I visited your site I did not saw any issues.

    Dear Saumya,

    a) I have no other caching plugin, server is litespeed but I DONT USE ANY plugin locally for caching and optimization.

    b) While I was troubleshooting, I disabled the fall back cache and marked – “purge all on changes” and now the problem is resolved.

    question1-

Is it important to keep the fallback cache on?

    question2-
Any disadvantage if I keep fall back it disabled?

    question 3-

if fallback cache is to be enabled, the table of content and other plugin related columns are malfunctioning, any other solution?

    – It is upto you. The fallback cache only kicks in when a page is not yet cached on CF CDN and the request comes to the server. At that time the fallback cache provides the page response instead of the whole WordPress system to work it’s way out to generate the page HTML.

if fallback cache is to be enabled, the table of content and other plugin related columns are malfunctioning, any other solution?

    – That is very wired as the fallback cache is a normal disk cache like what you get with Cache Enabler or some other risk caching plugin like that. Maybe your plugins are generating their content in a way that is not well cacheable and that’s why when the disk cache is caching the page you are facing issues, but then again it is hard to say without looking at the exact situation. But mostly I think it is your other plugins that are causing issues. You can turn off the fallback cache if it is creating problem on your site.
