Table of contents keeps disappearing

    The best I can tell is that is does not even seem to be installed at the moment. Are you sure it is activated on the Plugins admin page?

    It’s definitely activated. The TOC is showing up right now because I just cleared cache, but it always disappears eventually.

    Update: I use a plugin organizer to disable plugins where they aren’t needed, and it looks like I’d disabled this plugin on pages but had it activated on posts. We recently switched a lot of content from posts to pages and I didn’t realize this setting was in place. Will let you know if this issue seems to pop up again even after making that setting change.
