Been a user of this plugin for quite a while now and noticed on one of my blog posts if you expand the table of contents then click one of the heading links which should jump to the specific section it does and then immediately goes to a 404 page.

For example in this post: https://agrtech.com.au/business/best-learning-management-system-for-small-business/ if I click the heading it scrolls down then about 1 second later redirects me to a 404 page. I have tried clearing out cache and other posts to see if it can be replicated and each time run into the issue.

Wondering if I could please get some help, thank you

Hi there apologies for delayed reply, I have checked theme and cant find anything. Only changes to theme are the footer and some code to hide the sidebar on mobile other than that everything else is pretty much the same.

Hi there, Thank you for contacting us. Could you please confirm if you are using the TOC plugin without combining it with other plugins? Mixing plugins can lead to conflicts, which might be causing that kind of issue you mentioned. Also kindly confirm which theme you are currently using?

Hi, we checked your shared URL and it appears that you are using a different TOC plugin. Could you please provide us with the exact URL where you are using our Easy-TOC Plugin? This will help us investigate further.
