Table of Contents and post excerpt question

    Hello there,

    I have 2 questions:

    1. Can the table of contents block be added directly in php template so that it’s always in the header of the post?
    2. Can the post meta description be used as the default post excerpt when showing some posts loop through the website?

    Hello @coolex13,

    Thank you for contacting support.

    1. No, it’s not possible to add the TOC block directly to a PHP template. It can only be used as a reusable block or a normal block on each page.
    2. If you use the variable %excerpt% in the post meta description and you add a post excerpt it will default to use that inside the meta description.
