Hi,
For cyrillic you need to define anchors for your headings. Currently, there isn’t a javascript sanitization to convert Cyrillic to any meaningful web safe text to form consistent unique anchors.

It just means for you to add an anchor in the advanced settings of your heading blocks.

I know about this: that I can set the necessary anchors myself. At the moment, I use the LuckyWP Table of Contents plugin and it adds anchors by itself, and it is good, although now it has not generated headers automatically.

There is a GutenTOC plugin, so it automatically generates headers, although case-insensitive.

Hi,
Your example doesn’t work because you ID has Cyrillic characters which cause an error when you try to click on one.

There is support already. The Cyrillic characters are striped out to prevent an error and will work as long as there are some leftover characters to use. And if you set a custom websafe anchor it works fine.

As for creating a custom websafe anchor automatically that also checks for uniqueness, it’s something I’m looking into however note that the anchors would be generated numbers and letters. It’s still a better experience to create a custom websafe anchor that makes sense for the context of your page.
