To remove the table-of-contents.js file please add the following code in your child theme’s functions.php file:

add_action( 'enqueue_block_assets', 'block_assets' );

function block_assets() {
	wp_dequeue_script( 'uagb-table-of-contents' );
}

We have now removed the table-of-contents.js file in our latest version 1.12.4 so now it will not load.
