Table of content floating and in sidebar

    Hello,

    First, thank you for the awesome plugin! Here’s what I’d like to know:

    How can I make the toc appear in the sidebar and be sticky/floating? (only in posts and not pages).

    I wonder if there’s a way to achieve this without another plugin. Maybe with some simple CSS.
