Hello again,
I want to reduce the padding in my rows of tablepree-group-4 tables
I have tried this and a few others but with no luck

Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Due to how your theme works, you’ll have to prepend the #rt-main selector to the code, just as you did with the respective code for the other groups:

#rt-main .tablepress-group-4 tbody td {
  padding: 20px;
}

I thought I has this all worked out but got stuck again. I am just trying to make row 3 black font. (so it shows on the white background) but cant get it working.

Hi,

you are basically adding the background color and text color to the row and not the cells in the row (indicated by an additional td). So, please try

.tablepress-id-64 .row-3 td {
  background-color: #ffffff;
  color: #000000;
}

instead of

.tablepress-id-64 .row-3 {
  background-color: #ffffff;
  color: #000000;
}
