Table not showing on the page

    Hi, I am trying to upload an excel table, I followed the steps on the tutorial video:

    This are the steps I followed
    1. Add New
    2. Table title.
    3. Choose file (excel file)/ upload file
    4. General setting
    5. Save
    6. Preview.
    Up to this point my table looks ok on the preview.
    7. Copy the ID
    8. Paste it on my page.
    Here when I try to see the table I get blank on my page.

    I need to get urgent support because I have been trying for hours, I have deactivated and re activated the pluggin and the same thing happends. I have bought this pluggin because I tough it was easy and I don′t think is fair that I can′t use it.

    Hi there,

    Please check:

    1. If PHP version on your server is not older than 5.4
    2. (most probably) If there is some problematic JS on the page that prevents wpDataTables JS from executing. Please open the JS console to see if there are any fatal errors, etc.
