table id dashboard/ALL TABLES is blank

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    As already mentioned on Twitter, does setting WP_DEBUG to true in the wp-config.php file reveal more information?

    Is the page completely empty or are there “just” parts of the page missing? Can you maybe post a screenshot?

    I am not good at coding don’t understand php and don’t know how to look at those files, sorry. Not sure how to share screenshot so here is a bad image https://www.gettingorganizedmagazine.com/table-press-blank/

    I created a test table and it worked and labeled it #15 which makes sense as I have several tables already. But when go back to “all tables” nothing is there- no tables listed at all.

    Hi,

    thanks for the screenshot! That looks weird…

    If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Hi Stacey,

    thanks! I have received the email and can log in successfully, but from what I can see, the account is not an admin account, so that I can’t really see or do anything :-/ Can you please promote it to an admin account?

    Hi,

    thanks, that helped a lot! I was now able to reproduce this. From what I can see, it was caused by an incomplete plugin update, so that some files of TablePress were still in their previous state. I fixed this by re-installing TablePress from a fresh download, so that the issue should be gone now ??
