Table-Graph from Form Results

Rather than developing a set of complex coding, we wanted to know if there was any pre-existing way to get form results to display on a separate page in a box-chart or table. It does not have to be perfect. Hopefully we can manipulate the code. If course, if you could help us with the coding on a tight budget, that would also be appreciated. Thanks so much!
