    Hey Tobias,

it’s me again. Despite I went through all the FAQs I have an open question left: I use your filter plugin and my question is whether it is possible to get a filtered table which just looks for filter keywords in a certain column.

The given example is the following: I created a huge database with almost 700 names in it. All these are players of different positions: Now I want to get all players which play the position “Defender” (the position is given in column C).

So I know that I can filter the whole row, but because of the fact that the positions are abbreviated (So “D” for Defensemen) I can not filter the whole row for “D” – there are heaps of player names containing a “D”

Thanks again for your awesome plugin and best regards from Düsseldorf.

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Yes, this is possible by adding the filter_columns parameter to the Shortcode, like

    [table id=123 filter="D" filter_columns="3" /]

    Regards,
    Tobias
