Table fields for Amount, Vat, and Currency

Hi Guys,

very nice plugin, thank you very much for it.

It would be very nice, if there where 3 more fields within the table for price, vat, and currency. Is this possible?

price and vat -> each as number for example 133.44
currency -> string for example USD or EUR,…

If I create these fields within the database (for example with phpmyadmin), is there any problem with further plugin updates?
