    Good afternoon all!

    I am using Awesome Ticket on my wordpress site (Avada Theme).

    Can you please tell me where to reduce the size of the fields when opening a ticket, as you can see on the screenshot (link above), they go out of the box!

    Hi @sharmbritishschool,

    Troubleshooting CSS layouts can be done using the “inspect element” within your browser’s “inspector” panel. This will help determine which computed setting is causing the form fields to extend outside of the range. Once you have identified the computer style attribute, you can make a change in the css file for your theme.
