Table empty and add data manually

  • I emptyed the tables and still getting “Error establishing a database connection”

    Used Through phpMyAdmin settings to update the wp-users table and still getting the same errors.

    Tried to uninstall all files and re-install wordpress.
    Went to wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
    Same error
    Went to wordpress/wp-admin/index.php
    Same error
