    Hi –

I’m not sure what I’m dealing with here… how to reinstall / add tables?

WP Multisite > Subsite > WooCommerce System Status Report
shows a bunch of tables missing

    x_woocommerce_sessions Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_api_keys Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_attribute_taxonomies Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_order_items Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_tax_rates Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_tax_rate_locations Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_shipping_zones Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_shipping_zone_locations Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_shipping_zone_methods Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_payment_tokens Table does not exist
    x_woocommerce_log Table does not exist

do I need to figure out how to get these tables added — or will the system add them as needed?

    thanks

  • I have the same problem since updating to Woocommerce 3.5

these might be “false positives” – however it doesn’t make me any more confident that woocommerce doesn’t seem able to recognize/find tables that exist

    Hi @wasanajones & @redima

Sorry that we didn’t get back to you sooner!

If you’ve been keeping up with the releases, you’ll hopefully see that this issue is now resolved.

The problem was only related to Multisite setups, the tables did exist, but the status report couldn’t find them. You can read about the fix here.

As we know what caused this error I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
