table does not display well when using horizental scroll feature in chrome

    Hi Tobias,

    Recently an user report a problem with TablePress. When horizental scroll feature is enabled, table head and table body are enclosed into 2 separate table in html view, which in turn causes that the table head columns are not in line with table body columns.

    Please views the 2nd table on this page as an example.

    Could you look into it and make a revise, please?
