table / div problem, error in IE

I’ve made 2 versions of this, to se how it acts/looks.

Both works good in google chrome browser, (prefer the 2nd look)
But they look horrible in IE, I’ve been gogeling this problem but can’t find a solution.

Does anyone know how i can fix this table issue? post a code or so, since im lost.
