Table css are ingnored in PDF

    Hi,

    I got this working, but it seems temperamental.
    Some CSS style needs to be added inline, and some works by assigning a class to the <td>.

    Same problem here. Nothing I did would make any table CSS show up. Nothing. I’m going to have to resort to using table attributes like it’s 1998… bgcolor, valign, etc.
