Table creation when adding new site

Hi,

i found that this plugin creates his tables only on plugin activation.

This means that if i add another site in my multisite enviroment i have to deactivate and activate again the plugin.

Is it possible to add an hook that fires when another site is added and create the relative table for the plugin to work?

There’s a hook called wp_insert_site, maybe it could be useful.
