• This may not be a WordPress issue at all, but nevertheless I’m developing a WordPress site and find that for one use of tables (with text in the left column and an image in the right column). text appears differently in different browsers.

    In Firefox and Chrome the text appears properly on the same vertical level as the image, while in IE the text appears below the image. I’ve tried every method I can think of to get that text to appear properly in IE, but no luck. Here’s an example page on my in-development site. The text is “For you, the visitor to this site …”.
