It’s very important for my site to be able to display tablepress table content in my RSS feed which gets auto-populated with my wordpress posts, but I’m finding that I have no control over the table field settings such as the column width and text wrapping when I do that.

For example, I have one column that is only displaying 4 characters wide. The RSS feed at the link above appears to pull in only the HTML code for the tablepress table without other styling. If I could get the HTML code parameters that control column size (make it fixed) to pass through, I think this would be a solution. Is there any way to get tablepress to pass through HTML code for column sizing, or are there other clever solutions to get some of the same styling seen in wordpress to pass through to RSS HTML?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi!

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

Sorry, that’s not possible. RSS is a format for content syndication and distribution, but it’s not designed to hold styling information. Styling elements is then up to the app that processes the RSS feed.

    Regards,
    Tobias
