Table Borders and Cell colours

  • Using the Twenty-Ten theme

    On my site I need to display some league tables with player names, results and blank cells for unplayed matches, these display fine in Thesis but I’ve just switched to Twenty-Ten and am finding that my tournament-tables borders are not displaying, the tables are stretched across the right sidebar and cells previously coloured in are uncoloured. It seems that Twenty-Ten is stripping out my table code.

    Please could someone suggest a workaround for this, I have tried the plugin ‘Raw HTML capability’ but that doesn’t fix the problem for me.

  • You will need to modify the theme’s CSS. But be warned that your changes will be over-written the next time you upgrade WordPress. For this reason, it is recommended that you consider creating a child theme for your customisations.
